Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you place them. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as that's done.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, it usually takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Where we ship
Right now we ship within the US only.

Delays
Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's, and delays can happen, especially around holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us at summitlungs@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
